Pace does not collect the following:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Health or fitness data
- Usage analytics or diagnostics
- Device identifiers or advertising data
- Browsing or search history
- Photos, videos, or contacts
Permissions
Background Audio
Pace plays metronome beats and ambient sounds while the app is in the background, so you can lock your phone or switch apps during a session.
HealthKit (watchOS only)
The Apple Watch companion app can read and write workout data to Apple Health to record your slow jogging sessions. This data stays within Apple Health on your devices and is never sent to our servers.
Live Activities
Pace displays your current BPM and session timer on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen. No data is transmitted externally.
Third-Party Services
Pace does not integrate any third-party services, analytics SDKs, or advertising frameworks.
Data Storage
All data is stored exclusively on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This includes your preferred BPM, beat sound, ambience selection, volume level, and session statistics. No data is synced to the cloud or transmitted to any server.
Data Sharing
Pace does not share any data with third parties. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or external services integrated into the app.
Children’s Privacy
Pace does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
