TorchLight USCIS Case Tracker

By downloading, installing, or using TorchLight USCIS Case Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

TorchLight USCIS Case Tracker is a mobile application developed and operated by Yu An, a sole proprietor based in California. The App allows users to track USCIS immigration case statuses and visa bulletin priority dates. The App queries the official USCIS Case Status API using receipt numbers you provide and displays the results locally on your device. The App also retrieves publicly available visa bulletin data. TorchLight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the receipt numbers you enter. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use the App to overload or abuse the USCIS API. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

All content, design, and code in TorchLight are the intellectual property of Yu An. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. Case status data retrieved from USCIS is public information provided by the U.S. government.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of case status information, as it depends on the USCIS API. The App does not provide legal advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional immigration counsel. USCIS API availability is outside our control and may be subject to downtime or changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yu An shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on case status information displayed in the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device, which also deletes all locally stored data. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict access at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the App and revising the effective date. We will provide a plain-language summary of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
